On September 02, 2015, at approximately 4:00 pm. Canton Police, Canton Fire and Cherokee County Fire Department responded to a house fire at 104 Legend Creek Dr. Canton, Ga.(Lakeside at Allatoona Subdivision). Fire units arrived on scene, extinguished the fire and discovered a deceased person in the residence. Detectives along with Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigators are currently on scene investigating the incident.
