Officer Mendoza pulled over to see if he could assist the driver and found the passenger door open with a male unconscious on the ground and a female unresponsive sitting in the passenger seat. Officer Mendoza recognized both individuals exhibited signs they were suffering from a drug overdose and began CPR on the female while an unknown "Good Samaritan" checked for a pulse and cleared the airway of the unconscious male.
